Thaddius Prosper (of Combanika) was found not guilty for Josh's actions. However, he was found guilty of sending fighters into space (against HR-1) and committing Crimes Against Humanity (for shooting down Swaggistinian Arc Ships).

Micah (of Swaggistein) was not held accountable for Swaggistein's previous leaders' actions. He was found not guilty of shooting down Beninese planes over Antarctica and preventing his son from receiving justice by exiling him. However, he was found guilty of funding a terrorist organization and violating HR-1.

Augustus (of The tiber river peoples) was found not guilty for displacing Swaggistinian people. However, he was found guilty for aiding and abetting Combanika's HR-1 violations as well as killing civilians by sinking Swaggistein's naval fleet.

Dalton was convicted by the jury on the charge of Crimes Against Humanity because Daltonstan intentionally and completely destroyed Tokyo. Dalton was removed from power and given a life sentence in prison.
