This document legitimizes the claims of the FGGR and the Kaiser to all inactive and dormant CBHS regions and the re-founding the any CBHS region that has been lost. Furthermore this right is given to the region of CBHS with the most influence in the CBHS regions and its founder. As the Founder of the FGGR and it's Kaiser I hereby claim all lost and dormant regions of CBHS and vow to protect them from invaders and any who seek to destroy them!Ehre zum Kaiser!
