1 Each nation is required to maintain a factbook.

2 The factbook must detail how your troops are divided, meaning how many of each troop type you have within the limits of your army’s size. In other words, how your army is assigned.

3 You must have a comprehensive factbook on anything and everything you wish you use in RP. Organize them as you wish.

1 If you are attacking an NPC nation (unclaimed land), it is expected that you have a moderator or other RPer play as the NPC, in order to keep the battle balanced. It is not required unless you are attacking an large country or a major, extremely important city. However, your standing in the eyes of the region may decline severely if you do not have another player RP as the NPC for the course of your conquest.
