Abolishment of Welfare Programs Act

Official Discontinuation of all Programs aimed at the benefit and Welfare of the Poor
Passed by Congress 06/26/2016 and by Parliament 06/26/2016

[Article I]
By order of the Passing of this Bill it shall be instated into national law that all actions by the government for the poor and needy people as a form of welfare shall be discontinued.
[Article II]
For reasons beyond the knowledge of the Congress and Parliament, this act shall also raise the maximum allowed income, without employment, to be 15,000 of the Native Currency. Employed Income shall be limitless.
[Article III]
Upon the passing of this bill it will also abolish any programs aiding the Welfare program or that are branched off of, or dependent to, the Welfare Program. Persons employed by the Welfare Department shall be granted Financial Compensation until a new employer is found. This Article will last up to 5 years.
[Article IV]
It is the solemn duty of the people and of the National Government to enforce this Act
