Government Announcement of Icarus II Sponsorship

Well, even in these desperate times, life goes on. We would like to proudly announce that Icarus ii has accepted us as their sponsor. We congratulate them on their choice and will immediately begin efforts to establish a way to transfer materials and eventually people between Icarus II and Draconae.
