This treaty does not overwrite the Hanagla War Laws, meaning nations are allowed to own and produce WMDs.
Use of Weapons of Mass Destruction will be banned under this treaty, this includes
- Nuclear Weapons
- Kinetic Weaponry with a mass over 500 kg, including weaponized celestial bodies
- Large conventional explosives that cause massive civilian and infrastructural damage
- Chemical Weapons
- Biological Weapons
Genocide will be banned by this treaty, this includes;
- Destruction of settlements
- Systematic executions of an ethnic group
- Institutionalized Assimilation
- Destruction of cultural sites and objects
- Laws against the use of certain languages
- And other forms of genocide

Deltany's Amendments:

1.National Forces must accept the unconditional surrender of Enemy Forces if it is presented to them. (Conditional Surrender may be negotiated at the descretion of the recieving party.

2.Prisoners of War (henceforth, 'POWs'), are to be kept in good health as best is possible, and in good humanitarian condition.

3.Conditions of confinement are subject to regular inspection, and periodic unannounced inspection, by Observers provided by a Neutral Country. If the conditions are not deemed acceptable, suitable action will be engaged by the Administrative Neutral Country, including the forceful liberation of POWs, the interference with which, constitutes a War Crime, to be faced in trial following the war.

4.POWs are not to be killed or harmed for the sake of convenience, remedying shortage, Means of interrogation, or sport.
