Note the bold states, they all show clear signs of supporting global jihad through repeated voting in favor of Jihad in UN resolutions.
Note the main ones are:
Saudi Arabia: An Islamic state where it's illegal to be a non-Muslim, and being a Shiite muslim doesn't fare well either. - It's no surprise they'd fund jihad
Pakistan: A crazy country where they arrest people for blasphemy; Regularly tries to steal Kashmir from India. - obviously pro-jihad
Turkey: Armenian genocide denier state that regularly commits crimes against humanity against it's neighbors, occupies 1/3rd of Cyprus, and tries to drag NATO into conflict with Russia. Also trades with the Islamic State. -
Azerbaijan: Armenian genocide denier state, one of only two shiite states in existence and hates the other with a burning passion, almost as much as it hates the Armenians. Azerbaijanis believe a lot of crazy conspiracy theories.
Sierra Leone: Backwards african nation where 88% of women have mutilated genitals and 71 out of every 1000 infants die. - Support jihad for their own goals, but also possibly hope to receive funding from rich Saudi Arabia for their loyalty
Uganda: "Christian" african nation that goes against all teachings of Christianity; Uganda's former leader, Idi Amin, was on a quest to commit every sin possible before his expulsion to Saudi Arabia by Tanzania - Possibly no longer a state-sponsor of jihad under Yoweri Museveni, who has made two state visits to Israel
These states, along with countries like Somalia, Sudan, and Algeria, are just natural supporters of Jihad. But they alone cannot tip the vote, which is why they buy some votes through the "Saudi Fund for Development", which goes to, among others, 41 nations in Africa; There are 54 total nations in Africa, meaning 7 do not receive aid from Saudi Arabia.
A full list of african nations receiving aid cannot be found on saudinf.com nor wikipedia, but an educated guess would be that Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, and Egypt do not need aid because they are already developed and allied with Saudi Arabia, leaving only two nations; There are two nations in Africa that do not recognize Palestine: Cameroon and Eritrea.
You probably think "No way! Buying UN votes is illegal, any nation that did that would by expelled for sure" at this point, right? Well in 2009, Russia offered Nauru $50,000,000 to recognize Abkhazia and South Osseta, and earlier, in 2008, Iran paid $200,000 to the Solomon Islands to vote in favor of anti-israel resolutions; It's not just the UNGA either, in 2003 the US paid millions to Angola for a Security Council vote on Iraq.
Is it reasonable to believe, in light of this evidence, that Saudi Arabia is buying votes from impoverished nations to support jihad? I think so.
