Exposition:
In order to rejuvenate, improve, and promote the INWU's cultural outlook, this Act creates a Cultural Delegation.
Provisions:
The Cultural Delegation will:
1. Organize and host regional events;
2. Invite and enlist nations to volunteer in these events;
3. Provide resources to promote and empower cultural events;
4. Include the existing structures of the Roleplay Department;
5. Include the existing structures of the Newspaper Department.
