Need to recruit, or to advertise an event or RP? Put up a notice in the Citizens' Square!

To do so, send a TG to Lake flotillas using the following format:
[Title of Notice]
[Body of Notice]
[(Optional)A link if needed]
[Name]

It may take a few days between you sending the telegram and your notice going up the board, but be patient, it'll be up there eventually :)
