New Delegate

As some of you may know i've been waiting for a new job over the past week, and today I was informed that I got it.

Why does this matter? Well, with it i'll be away for very prolonged periods of time, which means i will no longer be able to fulfill my duties as delegate (actively anyway). Because of this i've decided to step down in favour of a new delegate, Sjalhaven. it is my hope that he will continue to ensure that the privileges of the ruling oligarchy are maintained and brutally suppress all opposition. Therefore everyone should endorse Sjalhaven.

I'm not leaving until Sunday (16th August), which leaves plenty of time to get everything in order so there isn't a colossal power vacuum to be filled with Luziyca/Raiders/General delinquents when i leave.

I'll make sure that Koyro does not cease to exist and i'll be around when i can.
