Naval Monte Air Defense Force (Old Factbook, will be replaced soon)
The Lock-key Martian T-69 Lanceor II, an advance feat of avionics in Naval Monte. single-seat, single-engine, all weather stealth multirole fighters has undergone years of development and testing before it can finally become a reality. This combat aircraft is designed to perform ground attack, reconnaissance, and air defense missions. it also has three main models, The T-69A conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) variant, T-69B short take-off and vertical-landing (STOVL) variant, and T-69C F-35C carrier-based CATOBAR (CV) variant. While the future of these crafts are looking bright most aren't allowed to pilot them due to the cost it takes to make one and the fact that these joint strike fighter are still experimental. Only the best men and women in the Air Defense Force is given the honor of piloting these flying death machines of tomorrow.
The G-26 Horus is a twin-engine, all-weather air superiority fighter. The main aircraft of the Air Defense Force this fighter only improves more each year as improvements and upgrades are made to what was an already excellent fighter. Surprisingly there is talk that this fighter will contunie to serve the ADF even when the Joint Strike Fighter finally take over.
F-33 Latobius is a single-seat, twin-engine, all weather stealth tactical fighter aircraft developed for the Naval Monte Air Defense Force (NMADF). The result of the NMADF's Advanced Tactical Fighter program, the aircraft was designed primarily as an air superiority fighter, but has additional capabilities including ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence roles. The Latobius's combination of stealth, aerodynamic performance, and situational awareness gives the aircraft unprecedented air combat capabilities
The FX-3 is multirole fighter manufactured by the combined industrial efforts of both Naval Monte and a certain Capitalists Nation on the West. This aircraft has some variants but most are prototypes still in the drawing board with the only one actually built being nothing more but a training fighter for new members. Still despite those set backs this fighter has proven itself as a worthy addition to the Air Defense Force.
A gift from their friends in British Armed Forces the Eurofighter Typhoon is a twin-engine, canard-delta wing, multirole fighter. This highly agile aircraft, is designed to be an effective dogfighter when in combat with other aircraft, but modifications and upgrades have been installed to make this craft well-equipped to undertake air-to-surface strike missions and to be compatible with an increasing number of different armaments and equipment. It also serves for reconnaissance and while not a stealth fighter measures were taken to reduce the Typhoon's radar cross section (RCS), especially from the frontal aspect.
The Panavia Tornado is a family of twin-engine, variable-sweep wing combat aircraft, which was recently brought from Naval Monte's close neighbor and ally Italy. Like several vehicles in the Naval Monte Defense Force these aircrafts have different variants which includes the Tornado IDS (interdictor/strike) fighter-bomber, the suppression of enemy air defences Tornado ECR (electronic combat/reconnaissance) and the Tornado ADV (air defence variant) interceptor aircraft.
The C-2 Long Arm is a four-engine supersonic variable-sweep wing, jet-powered strategic bomber recently made and introduced to the Naval Monte Air Defense Force thanks to many years of developing the engines to allow it to go supersonic and with help from the US. This bomber also has received an upgrade from the US in the form of the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod which provides positive target identification, autonomous tracking, coordinate generation, and precise weapons guidance from extended standoff ranges. Also while not a stealth craft the materials and design of the craft makes it less pron to be spotted by radar.
The Tupolev Tu-160 is a supersonic, variable-sweep wing heavy strategic bomber designed by the Tupolev Design Bureau in the Soviet Union. Being the last strategic bomber made by the Soviet Union many agents within the Shadow Defense Group took the advantage of the Soviets collapse to take as much secrets from them before the Soviets had the chance to destroy them. Of several plans, files, and documents taken from the Soviets copies for making the Tupolev is one of great successes for the SDG.
The A-10 Thunderbolt II is a twin-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft designed solely for close air support, including attacking tanks, armored vehicles, and other ground targets with limited air defenses.
The A-10 was designed around the 30 mm GAU-8 Avenger rotary cannon that is its primary armament and the heaviest automatic cannon mounted on an aircraft. The A-10's airframe was designed for durability, with measures such as 1,200 pounds (540 kg) of titanium armor to protect the cockpit and aircraft systems, enabling it to absorb a significant amount of damage and continue flying. The A-10A single-seat variant was the only version built, though one A-10A was converted to an A-10B twin-seat version. In 2005, a program was begun to upgrade remaining A-10A aircraft to the A-10C configuration.
The E-911 is an Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. along with airborne warning and control the E-911 is also built with an advance radar system, plans are on the way to see if this craft can be used for electronic warfare but progress is slow due to many not believing that it requires to do that.
Lock Key C-125 Hebiguso is a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft capable of using unprepared runways for takeoffs and landings, the C-125 was originally designed as a troop, medical evacuation, and cargo transport aircraft. The versatile airframe has found uses in a variety of other roles, including as a gunship ( referred to has the ST-145), for airborne assault, search and rescue, scientific research support, weather reconnaissance, aerial refueling, maritime patrol, and aerial firefighting. It is now tactical airlifter for it's long resume of things it can do.
The Eir is a twin engine aircraft mostly used for business and private use. While it makes for a horrible fighter it works well as a VIP ship and for diplomatic meeting.
The Lockheed Martin P-791 is an experimental aerostatic/aerodynamic hybrid airship. The P-791 has a tri-hull shape, with disk-shaped cushions on the bottom for landing. As a hybrid airship, part of the weight of the craft and its payload are supported by aerostatic (buoyant) lift and the remainder is supported by aerodynamic lift. The combination of aerodynamic and aerostatic lift is an attempt to benefit from both the high speed of aerodynamic craft and the lifting capacity of aerostatic craft. The hybrid airships was designed for two types of missions. The first is intelligence and reconnaissance gathering and the second is cargo transportation
This Interesting single-seat, twin-engine stealth ground-attack aircraft formerly belonged to a Western superpower but later on retired the crafts. Surprisingly many members within the Air Defense Force took a liking to the odd shaped aircraft and with a few plays at politics manage to get the fighter on to their nation, however in exchange they had to make the new one on their own and the name has to be changed. Now renamed F-17 Wryneck this aircraft is given new life in Naval Monte and it seems to be popular to the civilians as much as it is to the pilots, though many in the Ground Defense and Maritime Defense Force are puzzled as to why they would want a stealth craft that will eventually be replaced by one's better than it.
B-2 Stealth Bomber
KC-767 is a military aerial refueling and strategic transport aircraft.
Known only as the U-13 Enigma this aircraft while appearing as a normal craft is in reality an airborne tactical weapon system, made to disrupt enemy command and control communications and limits adversary coordination essential for enemy force management. While Electronic warfare is it's main game it's also used for Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD), offensive counter-information, and thanks to a new upgrade has the capability against early warning and acquisition radars. Though it has no weapons of it's own so there's one major design flaw.
After years of negotiations the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey as finally joined the Naval Monte Air Force. This tiltrotor aircraft has been sought after ever since the Monteans discovered that it exist and throughout the years have asked the US on either sharing it's designs plans or if they are willing to sell some of them, the answer for years have been no. But recent changes in the world has made the US decide that Naval Monte could be responsible enough to finally have the capabilities to make these aircrafts. Of course now that they have them plans of making future vehicles using the Osprey's designs are already in the works.
After many efforts of negotiations and trade agreements Naval Monte has finally gotten their hands on the Herme's 900. A UVA with reconnaissance, surveillance and communications relay being the primary missions.
The BAE Systems Taranis is Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle that while originally made and used by the British is now seeing development in Naval Monte. A semi-autonomous unmanned warplane, it is designed to fly intercontinental missions, and will carry a variety of weapons, enabling it to attack both aerial and ground targets. It will utilise stealth technology, giving it a low radar profile, and it will be controllable via satellite link from anywhere on Earth. While in Britain the project is still in testing and development in Naval Monte they already gave it the weapons, stealth tech, and satellite links to make it battle ready, this rapid advancement is thanks to the many clever (and mad) scientists in Naval Monte. For now these drones are still completing the final trails but even now they are already listed into the Air Force to be used when the time comes.
The Northrop Grumman RQ-180 is a stealth surveillance unmanned aerial vehicle designed by Northrop Grumman for the Naval Montean Air Defense Force once the military decided to give Grumman's Joint Unmanned Combat Air Systems project a shot. The drone's main mission is intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance but it is capable of conducting electronic attack missions
The MQ-9 Reaper is an unmanned combat aerial vehicle capable of remote controlled or autonomous flight operations. The Reaper is a rare type of drone within the Air Defense Force where the main purpose it's in the force is to be a true robotic hunter even though it can perform the same Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance as all other drones.
RQ-4 Global Hawk is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) surveillance aircraft. The RQ-4 provides a broad overview and systematic surveillance using high resolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and long-range electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensors with long loiter times over target areas. It can survey as much as 40,000 square miles (100,000 km2) of terrain a day. It is used as a high-altitude platform covering the spectrum of intelligence collection capability to support forces in worldwide military operations. The superior surveillance capabilities of the aircraft allow more precise weapons targeting and better protection of friendly forces.
Rumored Aircrafts in the NMADF's possession
Yes there are indeed claims that the legendary supersonic stealth plane Aurora have also been sighted in Naval Monte, so even go as far as to say that Naval Monte has their own Auroras. Of course either those claims are true or not have yet to be determined.
Of course when one visits Naval Monte they usually come back home with a story about them experiencing paranormaland it just so happens that encounters with UFOs and Extraterrestrial beings fall into that category. Of course there is no end to many theories as to why UFOs and aliens could be doing in Naval Monte but of all thories the strangest will have to be those that state that the Naval Monte Defense Force and aliens are working together on some sort of project and that aliens either allow them to use their crafts or they helped the Naval Monteans make their own UFOs. The smae responds to these claims are the same to the Aurora claims.
The Mach 3.3 very high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft, Blackbird is allegedly spotted from time to time flying over Naval Monte and even on rare occasions spotted leaving and landing on runways in Fort Ouph. Whether this aircraft was bought or made in Naval Monte is a matter that no one can quite find a clear answer too.
The Blackstar is a rumored suborbital space plane that is made to give Naval Monte orbital reconnaissance. Like other rumored crafts there have been people who claimed to have seen the spacecraft landing down or catch it flying around the Earth.
