Recommendation
This is a simple FOR. The resolution no longer serves the region of Utopia any meaningful utility. In accordance with recent Security Council precedent, this proposal aims to repeal that useless legislation as Utopia has shown longstanding stability and is not in any circumstances which would require the liberation to stand.

Therefore, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote FOR “Repeal: 'Liberate Utopia'”.
