Any Proposals for the Amendment of a Document Should Be Sent by Telegram to Chancellor Leivartia for Approval, if Approved, the Chancellor May Grant Permission for your Dispatch to Replace this Document, or Will Telegram Palaiologos Dynasty for an Official Amendment.

-The Right To Free Speech And Expression.

-The Right To Vote On The WA Delegate, With Minimal Outside Pressure Or Influence.

-The Right To Self-Determination In All Foreign And Domestic Affairs.

-The Right To Freely Enter And Exit The Region.

Article Two

Through The Passing of The 'Prohibitive Statutes' Act of 2026, Article Nō 2, The Sunset Refuge Formally Prohibits These Following Acts, And Will Penalise for these acts as so:

-Hate Speech, The Punishment Being A Single Warning, And/Or Ejection From Said Region.

-The Obstruction or Delaying of Democracy Through Intimidation or Manipulation, The Punishment Being instant Ejection.

-The Obstruction or Delaying of Due Process When Handling Those Breaking Any Laws, The Punishment Being Instant Demotion To What The Chancellor Sees Fit.
