All nations within the region of the Commonwealth of Sovereign States and possess a WA Assembly Membership, must endorse the current Minister of Foreign Affairs, New England INC, and all other regional officers

All nations within the region of the Commonwealth of Sovereign States and possess a WA Assembly Membership are encouraged to follow the voting of the current Minister of Foreign Affairs, New England INC in the World Assembly

All nations within the region of the Commonwealth of Sovereign States and possess a WA Assembly Membership, should before voting read the Resolution in detail and consider the resolutions carefully
