K-DATA

The Kyrek-D.E.U.S. Arms and Trade Alliance (K-DATA) is an agreement to be renewed every Six years with the aim of strengthening both nations military technology, strategies, and capabilities. The agreement also has the aim of reaffirming Trade between the Nations, Kyrek to buy more food stuff from the Dragon Empire of United States (D.E.U.S.), and D.E.U.S. to buy more oil and oil products from Kyrek.

The military aspect of the agreement states that Kyrek and D.E.U.S. will meet every Two years to agree upon Two Major projects to jointly fund and Two minor projects to jointly fund. The Two Major projects will be equally funded by both countries and will be for the betterment of Military technology or Military capabilities. The Two minor projects do not have to be equally funded and can take the roles of information sharing, betterment of Strategies, and new technologies.

The Trade aspect of the agreement states that every Two years Kyrek and D.E.U.S. will meet and agree upon certain percentages to increase Imports of the agreed upon products of each Country. The percentages will be based on past economic growth and future predictions of economic growth. The percentage increase will be a projection for the end of the Two year term. If a recession occurs in either Country the percentage of increase will be null and void until the next Two year term closest to the passing of the recession.

Every Six years the agreement will be reviewed and the appropriate changes made, if any. If the agreement is beneficial to both Kyrek and D.E.U.S. it will be renewed until one Country views the deal as unbeneficial and declares the agreement null and void.
