Resolution Analysis
Overview
This is a holiday-themed proposal for Halloween that has no real binding clauses.

Recommendation
While holiday cheer is great, ideally, holiday resolutions should be drafted on the forums for much longer than ca. 10 days and at the very least rhyme or have a gimmick associated with them, otherwise they aren't funny, which is the point of resolutions like this.

For this reason, we recommend a vote AGAINST The Great Costume Party.
