Hearing that the Regional Court is questioning the legality of matters of Community Safety,
Resolving the need to appease our Regional Courts percieved gap in Regional Law,
Hereby amends the Constitution; Article IX - Governor - Head of State, A. Powers,
"4. Has autonomy to ban nations or take any decision necessary on matters of Community Safety."
