Long was he a rival to that despicable Cyber Quincy, the leader of his nation of Bloon monkeys. I never managed to discern why the two hated each other so much exactly. Frankly, it doesn't matter. All I knew was their aggression and attempts to bring war to our beautiful empire. They never succeeded. In fact, now that the ashes are gone, I can't help but laugh - here we stand, yet they are gone. The Bloon menace has been extinguished, never to return.
