Opting into the Map of the South Caribbean

All citizens of the South Caribbean are eligible to opt-in to the regional map.
In order to opt-in, please send a telegram to Tostone, requesting which land you would like to claim. (PLEASE NOTE: We are currently using the Province map from Hearts of Iron IV: Trial of Allegiance, which can be found 
here, therefore we cannot always get the borders exactly as you may want them. If it helps you to visualize your claim rather than explain it, feel free to create your own map, and request that your claim be added to the official regional map.)
The map is first come, first serve. If a nation ceases to exist for over a week, and you would like to claim the area they inhabited, you may.
Please be courteous to other members, don't hog up land! You may claim a significant amount of land if it suits your nation, but let's try and stay under the size of the IRL (real life) Russian Federation.
We cannot control the colors. You may request a color, but due to the upload process, all colors are likely to be filtered. We cannot control this.
You may include puppet nations, including those in the North Caribbean Because the North Caribbean is our sister region, its members may claim territory, or include it within the claim of their primary nation. They will not be able to be linked to it unless they reside in the South Caribbean, however. Puppets from other regions may be added at the discretion of the regional government.
It is your responsibility to verify your claim, and that you are linked to the map. We aren't perfect. If we mess something up significantly, please let us know. You can verify that you are present on the map by endorsing it. Due to the recoloring during the upload process, sometimes certain nations are not linked to the map. If this happens to you, you will be unable to endorse the map, and it will not appear on your nation's page. Please let a regional officer of the South Caribbean know if this has happened to your nation.
The map is updated periodically, so do not worry if your nation is not added right away. If it has been more than a month since you requested to join the map and your nation still is not present, please send a Telegram to one of the regional officers of the South Caribbean.
