Secomandre International Cup, second edition.

The Second Edition of The Secomandre International Cup will have 16 places. The first 16 who ask will occupy them. There will be 4 groups with 4 teams each. Then, the 2 best of each group will compete in a knockout phase. To request, just send the name of the winning team of the league in your nation. 
But now there is another rule: the nations that participated in the first SIC will not be able to participate.

Participants who exceeded the time limit self-qualified for a hypothetical third edition.
