We're glad you want to establish embassies! Here are the requirements:

• Before anything, send a request telegram to Ter Landia, Tropisia, or Dayevastan. We'll do a quick review and maybe ask you some questions, and then we'll probably accept.

• We'd prefer that your delegate has at least five endorsements

• We'd like for you to have at least 10 residents

• You must be somewhat proficient in the English language

• No terrorists
