How to become a Member of the United Confederation

You may have already received a welcome telegram with some information. Below you can read about how to register as a member of the Confederation, and thereby be granted rights to participate in elections and the roleplay.

Please note that it is not a requirement to be a member, you are just as welcome to simply be a resident of the region. Everyone is welcome!

If you wish to apply for membership, you must send a telegram to UCP-Headquarters with the following information:

Name of Nation:
Your Species:
Name of Star System:
Name of Homeworld:
Your Color:

Example:

Name of Nation: Histarctica
(Your nation's name is in other words your NationStates-Nation Name)

Your Species: Human
(You are welcome to choose other species or come up with your own)

Name of Star System: Cezza
(The name of your star in your solar system)
+ how many planets there are in the solar system.
Example: four planets of 3T/1G (T = Terrestrial Planet / G = Gas Giant). Please be moderate in your choice of number of planets.

Name of Homeworld: Planet Histarctica
(In this case, the planet has the same name as the nation, but it doesn't have to be that way, that is up to you. Also - the homeworld do not have to be a planet, it can for example also be a moon orbiting a gas giant)

Your Color: #990000
(Either enter a specific color code, or simply write, for example, red or green, and you will be assigned a color in this category)

As a registered member, you are assigned five senators in the Confederate Senate, and thus the opportunity to vote on legislation and in elections for, among other things, Consul.

In addition, it gives you a place in the roleplay, where you start with one star system under your domain.

Note that the roleplay is as much a political, trade and event oriented roleplay between the member systems as it is a war roleplay.
