The International Kanzlian Scholarship Programme (IKSP) is an initiative designed to attract talented international students to pursue their academic careers at Kanzlian universities. This programme intends to enhance Kanzlia's reputation as a global education hub, foster international cultural exchange and collaboration, and also attract brilliant minds to benefit Kanzlia.

The IKSP is funded by the Kanzlian Government, SRC, Centraal, ANBK, and Kalta Steel.
The IKSP offers two forms of scholarships, they are:

Eligibility Requirements
Academic Excellence Applying students have demonstrated excellent academic achievements.
Non-Academic Contribution Applying students have demonstrated their contribution to society outside of the academic setting. This may be volunteering work or proper work experience.
Field of Study Priority will be given to applying students who express their desire to further their study in fields of study that align with Kanzlia's development goals. This includes STEM fields. Non-STEM fields majors are still available, though less prioritised.
International Relations Priority will be given to applying students who come from foreign countries which Kanzlia has warm or good relations with. Notably, applying students from the Talcaraiso Pact (Brasienburg, Carahue, and the USK) and Kelban Island will be given special consideration.
Work Applying students must agree to spend at least a year in Kanzlia (work permit and extended visa will be granted) working for IKSP sponsors (ANBK, Centraal, SRC, and Kalta Steel). Partially Funded Scholarship students will receive additional compensation if they worked for longer than a year in Kanzlia.
