Kanzlian Political Parties
This article lists political parties in Kanzlia. Kanzlia has a multi-party system with several political parties, in which any one party has little chance of gaining power alone; parties often work with each other to form coalitions.
The current ruling party is:
Transitional Council for the Reformation of Kanzlia
Interim governing body after the end of the Kanzlian Civil War.
Expected to be replaced by the end of June 2014.
Kanzlia used to have numerous political parties, at one point having 103, but after the White Paper crisis and the Kanzlian Political Parties Act, the requirement for political parties has been increasing in difficulty. A political party is forced to disband if they fail to register at least 1% of the national vote. The same law dictates that only two political parties can be formed each year.
