This portal is made so that it can accomodate light and dark mode. It looks great on dark mode and I recommend you to use it. I tested with light mode and it looks alright. Though when I think it looks alright in light mode - this is an opinion made by a dark mode user.

I take great pride with the graphics I made for Kanzlia's factbook, and I'd like to share some details that will help you recognise the category of each page.
I divide my dispatches/factbooks into 3. They are
- Main Pages. Doesnt contain a lot of content and mainly serve as a platform to link subpages.
- Subpages. Contain most of the content and info. Stub pages mainly links back to subpages.
- Stub pages. Contains more specific content. Stub pages rarely contains any more links.
Each type of page can be identified as such:

Lots of zig-zags indicates a Main Page. | A few zig-zags indicates a subpage. | A continuous line indicates a stub page. |
