Kanzlia

The National Government and the Lesser Junta of Kanzlian Imperial Commonwealth ( Kanzlian: Natiena Pravsytl an Junta Inferi ot Kanzlia du Impera Kommonsko ) or the 'Median' Name; The Empire and Her Commonwealth of Kanzlia, often just called The Imperial Commonwealth of Kanzlia, is a Totalitarian Dictatorship located in Mainland Europe. It is the 2nd Largest European State behind Russia, Bordering Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Slovakia, Russia, East Serentia, The Czech Republic, and the Baltic Sea upnorth. With an estimated population of over 120 Million it makes Kanzlia the Biggest Nation in Europe Population wise. The Empire consists of 13 States, 2 Special Regions, and 2 States which is Disputed. The country's official language is Kanzlian, with Libsian as a secondary official language in the province of Ibsia, Though most Kanzlians are able to speak English due to it being part of the Kanzlian Education Curriculum.

The four largest cities in Kanzlia are Szbedansk, Kylneszk, Pytorsk, and Vlesinsk. Szbedansk remains to be the country's most populous city and capital city. The Port of Kotr is the busiest seaport in Kanzlia and the 3rd Busiest in Europe. Szbedansk International Airport is the country's busiest airport though only 17th in Europe due to heavy travel laws. Kanzlia is the founding member of the Black Star Bloc, Africa Assistance Pact (AAP), America Assistance Pact (AmAP), and Middle East Assistance Pact (MEAP).

Kanzlia has been under the Totalitarian Rule of the Order of the Black Star since 1961. The country underwent through multiple brutal and bloody political shifts since their independence from the German Empire. Kanzlia is well known for being an Ultra-Conservative nation, Total Drug Bans, Little Social Tolerance, Anti-Immigration Policies, Usage of the Death Penalty, and many others. Its economy thrives and have the highest GDP per Capita in the World, however it also is the country with the largest income inequality according to the GINI Index. Kanzlians ranks among the highest in Military Spending, Industrial Sector, Average Income, and the HDI. But ranks among the lowest in Wealth Equality, Happiness, Civil Rights, and Political Freedom.

Etymology

The Origins of the Name is unknown, but what is known is that Kanzlia derived from the word 'Kazni'. Kazni is the term given by the First Nations or the 12 Tribes of Kanzlia and it could either derived from the Ancient Kanzlian word of Kayani meaning Grasslands or Karni meaning Sky. Recent study shows that the name Kazni dates further back and oldest evidence was uncovered in Belarus meaning that the 12 Tribes came from Russia, solving a millennium long debate. The Demonym of Kanzlia remains to be Kanzlian.

Kanzlia Officially have 3 Official Names and has been using the term 'Empire', 'Imperial', or 'Imperi' since Agostus's Government, while the term 'Commonwealth' was used since 1913. The First of the official names being The National Government and the Lesser Junta of the Kanzlian Imperial Commonwealth which is used in very formal occasions. The Second or the Median Version which is created as a shorter but also still formal version of the First, The Empire/Imperi and Her Commonwealth of Kanzlia. While the 3rd Version, The Commonwealth of Kanzlia, is used by less important sections of the Government or used by Provincial Governments.

Commonwealth is often refered to as a feminine figure. This dates back to the Pre-Christian era of Kanzlia where native Kanzlians ( Kaznis at the time ) worshipped their own gods. One of them was the Goddess of Unity, Leseej. Figures of the Goddess of Unity is often used during formal meetings and till this day is always present in 4th Bloc Summits.

Culture
Artistic Culture and History in Kanzlia have been usually marked by the 2 Golden Painters, Pogol Jander and Querion Veiroun. They have been widely regarded as Kanzlia's finest painters. However they never lived when Kanzlia was independent however they were a strong advocate for Kanzlian Independence. Their Famous paintings are ones that depicts the independence process of Kanzlia but also is known for their landscape paintings. Due to them living under German Rule, Their famous paintings have been in German Museums hands until 1919 where the end of the First World War saw most returned to Kanzlia.

Literature also plays a mark on Kanzlian Culture. Famours Writers such as, Petowsk Lancaster, Jeordy Olowk, Agustina Biuret, Diemens, and many more have written famous books in Fiction and Non-Fiction. Those include, Fields of Flowers and Gunpowder of Artillery by Jeordy Olowk, The Light Upon Us by Agustina Biuret, 71 Days and Double Standard Society by Petowsk Lancaster. Several more modern writings and its author being, Justice and Money by Hendrik Diemens ( Diemens's grandson), I heard the Guns Firing by Anne Weleiss, Great Day in 1961! by Justinian Remenouis, and Ch3N3 by Fryowsk Alina being such examples.

Celebrations and Traditions have been celebrated and generally embraced by the Kanzlian Population, but after the Order of the Black Star took power and made lives of the ordinary Kanzlians much harder. The traditions slowly dies out as the ordinary Kanzlian had better things to do. One such extinct tradition is 'The Ojnye' where 4 groups of men, each consisting 12 - 15 people, would throw coins at one another and the team which have the most coins in their pockets wins. The people would be instantly and randomly selected from the sidewalks or anywhere, and it is known as the game without notice or preparation.
Other Traditions such as Day of the Wind and the Day of the Fire was widely celebrated but was banned in 1955 due to its violent and rough nature.
