Kanzlian Corporations Act
RECOGNISING the vital role of corporations in the economic development and the reconstruction of Kanzlia, and
ACKNOWLEDGING the potential benefits of allowing certain trusted corporations to establish and manage territories outside of Kanzlian borders, while ensuring national security and economic prosperity to Kanliza,
For purposes of this Act:
1. Corporation: For-profite legal entity established and registered under Kanzlian law, with a track record of responsible business practices and a commitment to reconstruct Kanzlia.
2. Territory: A geographically defined area not administred by any nation.
3. Revenue Sharing: A pre-determined negotiable percentage of total profits generated from the territory that will be remitted to the Kanzlian Government.
4. Territorial Tax: An additional tax concerning the administration of the territory.
5. Enforcer Unit: A group authorised to use force in a corporation-assigned territory in order to enforce decision by a corporation.
The Transitional Council for the Reformation of Kanzlia enacts the following legislation:
Corporations are granted the right to territorial ownership and manage said territory in accordance with the agreement established with the Kanzlian government. This act further specifies that:
Corporations are allowed to establish an Enforcer Unit, limited to 1000 men and 10 tons of equipment.
Corporation-assigned territories will still abide by Kanzlian law.
Corporations must pay the Revenue Sharing and Territorial Tax on time.
Corporations are NOT allowed to violate the rights of the territory's native inhabitants.
Corporations are NOT allowed to conduct judicial punishment outside of Kanzlia's borders.
The Kanzlian Government reserves the right to revoke the territorial ownership, and the corporation must comply with the Government's decisions.
The Kanzlian Government will lend a hand in defending Corporation-assigned territory if it is deemed necessary.
The Kanzlian Government will NOT reimburse a total loss of a Corporation-assigned territory to the corporation.
