The Brasili Territorial Reorganization Into The Brasili Region Act of 2024

The Brasili Territorial Reorganization Into The Brasili Region Act of 2024
Proposed: February 1st, 2024
Signed Into Law: March 1st, 2024

Sections:
Section I: Reference To Act Title

Section II: Reorganization and Elections
Subsection I: Elections
Subsection II: Dissolution of Territory

Section III: Future Laws Regarding Regionhood For The Brasili Region

Section I
When referring to this law, the short form: "The Brasili Reorganization Act of 2024", can be used instead of using the full title of the act. Although, this does not stop any persons from referring to this act in it's full title, but it legally gives and protect the right to refer to this act in either it's full titled-form or short-titled form.

Section II
Subsection I
Elections to elect the first ever regional government and the first Regional Legislature of the Brasili Region of the soon-to-be Brasili Region will be held on May 24th, 2024. The process of the election will follow the law set out in the Regional Elections Act of 2020.

Subsection II
After the results of the first regional elections of the Brasili Region are officially certified, the Brasili Territory will be dissolved and created into the Brasili Region 24 days after the election results are certified. When the 24th day comes, a public ceremony will be held to swear in the new Regional Minister and Deputy Regional Minister (only if one is appointed or possibly will be appointed for this position come the 24th day). Regional Members of Parliament will be elected in a less public ceremony. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Gamin is to be in attendance at the ceremony since the ceremony will not only be swearing in the new regional government but will also be the ceremony to officially certify the dissolution of the Brasili Territory and creation of the Brasili Region.

Section III
This act is only meant to legally establish the dissolution of the Brasili Territory and the creation of Brasili Region and the process that comes with the dissolution and creation.

Signed by:
Prime Minister Roger Jack
