[I]At this point in time, it has already become night due to the amount of hours that have passed previously in volume #002. Now, without further ado, let’s continue the story.

Night has fallen in the city of New Hakashi. Yuri had finally been able to upload Hatsune Miku into an android, and she has risen, ready to explore the world.[/I]

Yuri: Well? How do you feel?

Hatsune Miku: I… I feel… Free… I’m finally free!

[I]With that, Miku begins to activate her jet repulsors, her electronic heart beating loudly as she was prepared to explore the world.[/I]

Yuri: Wait, Miku? What are you doing?! Uhh, Miku? MIKU?!

[I]Before she could take off, Yuri reacts by grabbing on to her leg, but he soon realized the error of his action.[/I]

Yuri: MIIIIIIIIKUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

[I]In an instant, Hatsune Miku begins to blast off with Yuri gripping tightly onto her leg, breaking out of the building and soaring into the night sky.[/I]

[I]As Miku begins to reach a peak, she starts to curve downward, quickly picking up speed and zooming on back to New Hakashi.[/I]

[I]With a beating electronic heart and an energy like no other, Miku begins to soar over the streets of New Hakashi, flying over and under traffic lights, making several barrel rolls here and there, until coming to a backflip which continues on into an instant boost from her repulsors, sending her flying faster than an eagle.[/I]

Yuri: AAAAAAAAAAHHH!!! I’M GONNA DIE, I’M GONNA DIE!!!

Hatsune Miku: Don’t worry! Just enjoy the ride!

[1:11]
[I]As she said that, Miku took a left corner around a building, before taking a right at another, giggling and laughing like it was her first time out in the real world. Miku couldn’t help but feel a sense of freedom now that she was outside of her digital boundaries.[/I]

Yuri: SLOW DOWN! SLOW DOWN! YOU’RE GOING TOO FAST!!!

Hatsune Miku: Now hold on! I’m about to do something crazy!

Yuri: NOOOOOOOO!!!

[1:30]
[I]Miku begins to curve upward once more, soaring high into the sky, almost like she was trying to reach for the heavens. After arriving at a certain height, she slows to a stop and looks down on the city.[/I]

[1:40]
Yuri: AAAAAAAAH!!! MIKU! MIKU!! THIS IS TOO HIGH! CAN’T YOU JUST TAKE US BACK TO THE GROUND ALREADY?!

Hatsune Miku: Oh, wow… This really is a different universe… It looks really pretty from up here.

[1:50]
Yuri: YEAH, YEAH, OK! YES, IT LOOKS PRETTY, NOW CAN YOU JUST TAKE US BACK DOWN ALREADY?!

Hatsune Miku: Hold on... Let me just take a look for a while longer… It’s just so… Mesmerizing…

Yuri: BUT WHYYYY?!

Hatsune Miku: Hah! Just kidding! Get ready!

Yuri: WAIT, WHAT?!

[I]With that, Miku creates a powerful energy boost from her repulsors, sending the two zooming down back into the city, while a trail of blue light follows Miku on her descent back to the city.[/I]

Yuri: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!

[I]Upon making it above the streets, Miku once more causes an energy shock, sending both Miku and Yuri flying through the city, passing dozens of cars a second.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: That wasn’t even the best part! Check this out!

[I]Miku then starts zooming around a tall skyscraper, slowly ascending as she draws circles around it with the same bright trail following her until she finally reaches the top and quickly descends downward once again.[/I]

[I]At this point, Hatsune Miku was nothing more than a ball of joy as her gleaming face revealed just how much she was truly enjoying her flight across and around the entire city. She couldn’t contain her excitement as she began to prepare for her last few tricks.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Alright! I’m about to pull off something even crazier than before! You better hold on tight!

Yuri: JUST STOP THIS ALREADY!!!

[2:53]
[I]Yuri puts his hand over his mouth to prevent himself from vomiting as Miku begins to fly all over the place in a seemingly specific pattern, creating an array of different shapes from the bright trail that had been emitting from her, from things like a loop-de-loop, then a heart, and continuing to zip in all different kinds of directions, finally creating an image of Miku and Yuri inside a heart.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Doesn’t this just feel amazing? Do you feel the adrenaline rushing through your veins?

Yuri: AAAAAAAAAAAH!!! I’M GONNA FALL!! I’M GONNA FALL! PLEASE DON’T LET ME FALL!!!

[3:21]
[I] Yuri’s grip on Miku was weakening rapidly as he couldn’t hold on any longer. He soon lets go of Miku and begins to fall to his seemingly certain doom, eyes completely shut.[/I]

[3:28]
[I]Before Yuri came crashing into the ground, Miku zips in and grabs ahold of his hand, followed by one last powerful blast of energy.[/I]

[3:31]
Hatsune Miku: Just cheer up, already! I won’t let you fall! Promise! So are you finally starting to enjoy this?

[I] Yuri’s eyes slowly start to open up as he looks around his surroundings, feeling a new kind of energy inside of him.[/I]

Yuri: I… I think I am… I think I feel free too!

[3:40]
[I]Yuri’s once terrified expression soon transformed into a big smile as he started to feel truly alive.[/I]

Yuri: You hear that, Miku?! I feel alive!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

[3:49]
[I]Miku smiled proudly as she began to go faster and faster until reality itself started to disappear around them, and they soon find themselves in  a seemingly black void.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Whooooooo! That was fun!

[I]Yuri began to notice his surroundings. As his eyes adjusted to the dark, he could notice tiny white dots all over the place.[/I]

Yuri: Uhh, Miku? Where did you take us? 

[I]Miku begins to giggle at his question [/I]

Hatsune Miku: Oh, right! This is the first place I wanted to take you! You see, right now we’re in the Outerverse. All those little dots you see are different universes, which form a tiny fraction of the multiverse!

[I] Yuri’s eyes and mouth widen in shock.[/I]

Yuri: You… You mean… We’re in the multiverse?!

[I]Miku groans in frustration.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: No, we’re in the outerverse! Are you deaf AND blind?

[I] Yuri’s once shocked face turns into one of unamusement.[/I]

Yuri: Yeah, I know that. But still… I… can’t believe it’s even real…

[I]Miku giggles at Yuri’s reaction, as if this wasn’t her first time traversing through the multiverse.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Well you better believe it! Now we’ll be able to go to wherever our hearts desire, together!

[I]Yuri remembers Miku’s crush on him[/I]

Yuri: Did you seriously bring me all this way just so you could go out on a DATE with me?!

[I]Miku blushes as she realizes that Yuri was onto her, as she tries to convince him otherwise.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Uhh, what?! No, no, no, of course not! It’s, uhh, like I promised! Just two friends hanging out with each other! No big deal!

[I]Yuri’s eyebrow raises in suspicion as Miku chuckles nervously. He decides to let it go, mostly because this whole multiverse thing was a new experience to him.[/I]

Yuri: Fine, fine.

Hatsune Miku: Alright! I know exactly where I wanna go!

Yuri: Hey, why do you get to decide?!

[I]Miku crosses her arms and closes her eyes, facing away from Yuri as her expression seemed to resemble one of annoyance.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Hmph. Because I’m the one who has the power to go across universes.

Yuri: Well that doesn’t seem all that fair. I am the one who got you out of my computer and all.

Hatsune Miku: Well you were the one who told me to suck it up in that laptop. So now you suck it up! Now get ready, ‘cause I’m gonna take us to a place you’ve never been before!

[I]Upon saying that, Miku activates her repulsors once more, pulls Yuri into a tight hug, and starts picking up speed once more. Once again, reality starts warping all around them, and they soon find themselves in a strange, unfamiliar universe.

Yuri began to look around his surroundings. He started to recognize the details of the place. It was a futuristic city, with people wearing strange, futuristic, but also punk-looking clothes. Yuri quickly figures out that Miku had taken him to what seems to be a cyberpunk universe.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Well? What do you think.

Yuri: Well, I’d say it’s not completely new to me. I’ve read a few books revolving around the concept of cyberpunk, but I never thought I’d actually be in a cyberpunk city, let alone in another universe entirety. It certainly does feel… Strange.

[I]As they were talking, people around them begin to look at the two with strange eyes, as if they were almost alien.[/I]

Yuri: We should probably go somewhere else, quickly.

[I]The two quickly start to make their way across the streets, trying to call as little attention to themselves as possible, something that wasn’t easy to do when they didn’t exactly fit in.[/I]

Yuri: Yeah... Don't you think we feel a little... Out of place?

Hatsune Miku: Oh! I can fix that!

[I]Miku's clothes immediately transformed into her punk module[/I]

Yuri: I... Uhh... Sure, that makes sense.

[I]Yuri had just remembered that he hadn't eaten all afternoon.[/I]

Yuri: Man, I’m starving. You reckon there’s some decent restaurants around here?

Hatsune Miku: Hmm… I don’t know… Ooh! I think I got it! Follow me!

[I]Miku begins to sprint across the sidewalk as Yuri struggles to follow her.[/I]

Yuri: Wait! Miku! Wait up!

[I]They soon make it to a section of the city that seemed to be a sort of food area. Dozens of different small open restaurants lined the buildings on both sides as hundreds of tables filled the center of the area.[/I]

Yuri: Well this certainly is… Interesting.

[I]Miku and Yuri both sit in front of one of the small restaurants. A woman wearing a neck gaiter face mask stares at them for a while, eyes squinted, then slowly hands them each a menu. Yuri pulls out his wallet and checks inside.[/I]

Yuri: Well, I don’t have much money, but I guess this’ll do, I hope. Now let’s see…

[I]Yuri begins to read the menu, confused by the strange food items.[/I]

Yuri: What the… Shrimp burgers, hot fry tacos… Dinosaur meat? Huh?

Waiter: Are you going to order something, sir?

Yuri: Uhh… Yeah. I’ll take the, uhh, shrimp burger.

[I]Miku looks at Yuri with a look of irritation.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Hey! I want ice cream!

Yuri: Uhh, what?! But wouldn’t that like, mess you up? Y’know, being an android and all?

[I]Miku slams her hand on the counter.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: I don’t care! I want you to get me ice cream!

Waiter: Ok, so a shrimp burger and an ice cream cone. Got it.

[I]The woman then makes her way to collect the items requested, as Yuri stares at Miku with a look of utter confusion.[/i]

Yuri: Seriously? Ice cream? Wouldn’t that just damage your circuits?

Hatsune Miku: I said I wanted one and that’s final!

[I]The waiter comes back with the requested food items.[/I]

Waiter: That’ll be 80 credits.

Yuri: Oh, well, uhh, do you take dollar bills?

[I]The waiter takes a look at the money Yuri was offering and sighs.[/I]

Waiter: You’re not from here, are you? I guess I could accept this currency.

[I]The waiter takes the money and gives Yuri the items.[/I]

Waiter: For here or take-out?

Yuri: Uhh, take-out.

Waiter: Very well. Come back another time then.

[I]The two get up from the chairs as Yuri hands Miku the ice cream cone and they continue on their way.

As Yuri and Miku are consuming their food items, Yuri begins to speak up.[/I]

Yuri: Seriously? You’re not worried at all about the ice cream ruining your insides?

Hatsune Miku: Nope!

Yuri: Okay… So now what?

[I]Miku thinks for a minute and she soon remembers something.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Hey! I know!

[I]Miku begins to to sprint ahead of Yuri as Yuri follows behind once again.[/I]

Yuri: Miku! You can’t just keep running off like this without warning me!

[I]After some time, they soon make it to an abandoned garage that looked like it hadn’t been used in years.[/I]

Yuri: Okay… Why exactly did you take me here?

Hatsune Miku: Just keep following me!

[I]Miku lifts the old garage door, which makes a loud creaking sound, and she eagerly crawls under the door, with Yuri following her.[/I]

Yuri: Miku? I don’t think we should be here.

Hatsune Miku: Don’t worry, Yuri-san! I’ve been here before!

Yuri: When?

Hatsune Miku: … Umm… I don’t exactly remember when. All I know is that I came here before with someone.

Yuri: Are you sure?

Hatsune Miku: Yes! Positive!

Yuri: Okay then…

[I]The interior of the garage was dark and humid, and had a strange smell.[/I]

Yuri: Ugh, it smells like sweat in here.

[I]Miku finds a light switch, and when she turns it on, a singular bulb turns on, revealing a stylish, highly detailed supercar. It had a black base with light blue and purple designs all over it, giving it a sort of cyberpunk design.[/I]

Yuri: Whoa! That… It’s… It’s…

[I]Yuri was at a loss for words as he began gawking over the car’s intricate details and designs.[/I]

Yuri: You seriously didn’t tell me about this before?! This thing is sick!

Hatsune Miku: I wanted it to be a surprise! So what are you waiting for? Get in!

[I]The car’s door immediately unlock as Miku gets inside[/I]

Yuri: HUH?? Did you just unlock it without any keys?!

Hatsune Miku: Yep! My programming has a built-in lock system that can work for many things!

[I]Yuri eagerly gets inside the car, pushes the start button, and hovers his foot over the gas pedal[/I]

Yuri: … Okay, so, umm, how fast does this thing go, exactly?

[I]Miku smirks[/I]

Hatsune Miku: You’ll see.

[I]Yuri starts to get a feeling of nervousness as he slowly presses his foot on the gas pedal. Immediately, the car revs up, crashes through the garage door, and hits the streets.[/I]

Yuri: AAAAAAAAHH!! TOO FAST, TOO FAST!!

[I]The car swerves from side to side, passing one car after another. Miku couldn’t help but laugh and giggle as Yuri kept trying to dodge the cars.[/I]

Yuri: HOW DO I STOP THIS THING?! I’M GONNA CRASH, I’M GONNA CRASH!!

[I]A police car comes from a curve and activates its sirens, signaling the speeding car to stop. Yuri pulls the car over.[/I]

Yuri: Oh crap. Now I’m in for it.

[I]Yuri looks at the rearview mirror, as he sees a police officer wearing black, armored clothes and a helmet that looked similar to a racer’s helmet. It was strange. Both the cop and the car looked so… Realistic.[/I]

Yuri: Huh… That’s strange.

[I]Soon, Yuri notices several people running the opposite direction from where the cop was. They all seemed to be in a panic, and Yuri’s suspicion grew. The cop arrives at Yuri’s door and knocks on the window. Yuri lowers the window.[/I]

???: You. We caught you speeding with an oddly suspicious vehicle. Care to explain how you got your hands on it?

Yuri: Uhh…

[I] Hatsune Miku observes the armor that the officer was wearing. She noticed the letters over the helmet’s visor spelled “N-A-P-D.” At the sight of this, she immediately froze in terror. At the same time, the officer noticed Miku and though his eyes didn’t show, his mouth widened in shock.[/I]

Hatsune Miku & NAPD Officer: It couldn’t be…

[I]Yuri looks over to Miku, noticing her horrified expression, his suspicion increasing.[/I]

Yuri: Miku? Are you… Okay…?

Hatsune Miku: Yuri… Look at… Look at the hood… Of the police car…

[I]Yuri looks back at his rearview and checks the police car’s hood. There were some words on it that spelled “NO ANIME.”[/I]

Yuri: No… Anime…? Wait…

[I]Miku whispers to Yuri.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Yuri… Drive…

Yuri: Huh?

NAPD Officer: Sir, I’m afraid you’re both going to need to—

Hatsune Miku: DRIVE!!!

[I]Yuri immediately steps on the gas pedal, speeding away from the cop.[/I]

[I]Yuri presses on the gas pedal as hard as he could as another cop car soon trails them. The cop cars seemed to be 2007 Ford Crown Victorias.

Yuri took a left and the cops were soon to follow, while he swerves to avoid hitting a civilian vehicle.[/I]

Yuri: WHAT IS GOING ON?!?

Hatsune Miku: I completely forgot to tell you about this! Those guys are the No Anime Police! They’re a multiversal police force devoted to eradicating anime universes AND anime characters throughout the multiverse! Anime characters like you and me!

Yuri: WHAT?! WHY?!

Hatsune Miku: No time to explain! Just keep driving!

[I]The car continued to pick up speed, reaching 100 MPH to 150 MPH in almost no time flat. Suddenly, a strange noise came from the roof of the car, and soon after, a voice could be heard.[/I]

Police Officer #1: Yeah, we got a subject on the run driving what seems to be a wanted vehicle we haven’t seen in a long while. Subject also seemed to have a girl that looked awfully familiar. I can’t place my finger on it, though.

[I]Yuri’s eyes widened as soon as he heard that.[/I]

Yuri: This thing has a police radio installed?!

Dispatch: You able to tell me the description of the vehicle?

Police Officer #1: It’s a vehicle of an unnamed mark. It’s a black color with light blue and purple details on it. Seems like it was specifically designed to match the ambiance of this universe.

Dispatch: Oh? Really now? That seems… Odd. Hold on, let me check some files and I’ll be right back with ya.

[I]One of the cop cars starts driving alongside Yuri and seems to be getting ready for a pit maneuver. In desperation, Yuri slams hard into the vehicle and the police car crashes into a building.[/I]

Yuri: What the?! Did I just do that?!

Police Officers #1: Uhh, we just lost PO#2, still on pursuit, I repeat, still on pursuit. Permission to increase heat.

Dispatch: Permission granted. Heat level is now at two. Sending more units over there now.

(You may now click on “Low speed, pursuers getting closer.”)

Yuri: What?! Did they just say there’s MORE coming?!

[I]Suddenly, two Dodge Charger cop cars and an extra Crown Victoria appear along the road as they begin to pursue Yuri.[/I]

Yuri: Oh, God! I’m going to die! Miku! What do we do now?!

[I]Yuri looked at Miku, but she didn’t respond. Her eyes had turned blue for some strange reason.[/I]

Yuri: Miku? MIKU, ARE YOU OK?!

[I]One of the Charger units slams into Yuri, causing him to almost crash into a parked car before barely dodging it.[/I]

Yuri: GOD! That was too close!

[I]Yuri takes another curve to the right, this time going into a drift and slamming the Charger onto the oncoming road and straight into a civilian car.[/I]

Police Officer #3: Yeah, uhh, dispatch, my vehicle won’t be able to continue pursuit. Got rammed into oncoming traffic and I hit another vehicle.

[I]The adrenaline rushed through Yuri’s head as the police radio came on again[/I]

Dispatch: Ok, everyone. I found the file on that vehicle, and you’re not going to believe this. That car used to be one of the vehicles the Weeber himself used to drive.

Yuri: What the? Weeber?

Police Officer #1: What?! You’re kidding me!

Dispatch: It’s no joke. That car is a wanted vehicle that we’ve been looking for a long time. Alright, everyone. I want you to stop that car at all costs. It might be our only chance at finally finding the Weeber.

[I]As the car continued to pick up speed, Yuri soon loses the trail of two Crown Victoria units.[/I]

Police Officer #1: Yeah, lost sight of ‘em. I repeat, I lost sight.

Dispatch: Alright, you’ve all been approved for heat level 3. I repeat, heat level 3 is now active. Begin setting up the roadblocks.

Yuri: ROADBLOCKS?! Oh man, now I’m really screwed!!

[I]Just then, Hatsune Miku went back to normal.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Yuri! Lower the window!

Yuri: Miku! You’re alright! Thought I lost you for a second there.

[I]Yuri then lowers the window on Miku’s side[/I]

Yuri: Wait, why’d you want me to lower the window aga-

[I] Without warning, Miku jumps out the window and begins flying alongside the car[/I]

Yuri: WHA— Hey! Be careful out there!

Police Officer #5: Wait… it couldn’t be…

Police Officer #6: Is that… HATSUNE MIKU?!?!

Dispatch: … Did you seriously just say what I thought you said?

Police Officer #5: PO#5 to dispatch! PO#5 to dispatch!! The rumors are true! Hatsune Miku… The strongest weapon against NAPD… SHE’S ALIVE!!!

Dispatch: Then what are you idiots doing?!?! I want you to catch that girl, no matter what!

[I]More units begin to arrive, this time, it was seven Crown Victorias, three Chargers, and two Chevrolet Corvettes.

Miku begins to fly over the car Yuri was driving and aims her hand at one of the police cars. She then fires several repulsor beams, destroying one of the Chargers and one of the Corvettes.[/I]

Yuri: I knew installing those repulsors on you would be a good idea!

[I]Yuri looked on in the distance and noticed a roadblock NAPD had set up.[/I]

Yuri: Oh, crap! It’s one of those roadblocks they were talking about!! Now what do we do?!

[I]Miku quickly elevates high in the air and notices a car transport truck that had it’s ramp lowered. She then moves over to Yuri’s window.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: There’s a ramp on the rightmost side of the road you can use! I think you can make the jump!

[I]The cop cars begin to slowly surround Yuri, as one of the cops at the side of his car try to shoot at him.[/I] 

Yuri: AHHHH!!!

[I]Miku fires more beams at the cop’s Charger, taking him out.[/I]

Hatsune Miku: Ok, Yuri! It’s now or never!

[I]The pressure builds up as the rest of the police vehicles slowly approach Yuri and Miku, and Yuri knew he had to make that jump, or it’s game over for him.

As he rapidly approaches the ramp, Yuri moves to the rightmost side of the road, as Miku has told him. The cops start nearing him, as Yuri was only a few hundred feet away from freedom.

Finally, Yuri drives the car up the ramp, which sends it soaring over the roadblock. It was a spectacle to behold. The cop cars were unable to follow him, as both Yuri and Miku make their way to freedom.[/I]
