RMB Rules
English is the main language used in The East Pacific. Using non-English languages is acceptable only if a translation is included, the message is a small and one-off exchange, or if it is to help a non-English speaker.
Regional Officers will supress excessive use of non-English after a warning.
Spam is forbidden under all circumstances. Spam is defined in the following four categories:
Pingspam is when a post mentions another nation or multiple nations excessively, such as mentioning 10 nations unnecessarily in a single post or mentioning one nation 10 times over 15 posts unnecessarily.
Chainposting is when someone posts multiple times, one after the other, unnecessarily. If the edit function of posts suits your needs, do not post multiple times.
Multiposting is when the same post or a post that is similar is posted multiple times without reason.
Posts that are excessively lengthy are also considered spam. Posts that are large must contain a spoiler using:

Harassment is taken extremely seriously. People who harass others will be banned and ejected from the region. The following are forms of harassment:
Flaming is when someone engages in name calling, threatening behaviour, and similar behaviour.
Flamebait is when someone deliberately attempts to make someone angry with the goal of making the other person commit flaming.
Promotion of ideologies that discriminate against certain groups of people also falls under harassment.
Impersonation, when someone claims athay they are someone that they are not, is also defined as harassment.
Advertising any region other than The East Pacific is forbidden under any circumstance, punishable by a maximum of a permanent ban and ejection.
Maliciously editing a quote to make someone else look bad is forbidden.
Posting any content that does not fall under PG-13 is forbidden. This includes NSFW, excessive swearing, and anything similar.
