Troops belonging to the Army Quick Mobilization Force Command will be mobilized before other reserve units if necessary and will be given the same level of equipment as active soldiers.

Active-duty soldiers who have completed their mandatory military service can join the Army Quick Mobilization Force Command at their personal choice. They go about their daily lives like other reservists and receive three days of training per year, spanning five years, and are mobilized when ordered by the government.

Due to the nature of the unit, it can be mobilized in non-emergency situations and is likely to be deployed for overseas missions, but in return, the troops of the Army Quick Mobilization Force Command receive an additional $10,000 a year and, when mobilized, they receive the same level of combat equipment as active-duty soldiers.
