Anti Corruption Law

politicians accepting drinks in bars are executed for taking bribes.
This law means any and all forms of payment made or received by a politician within the M.U.R Party will be considered a bribe resulting in possible arrest or execution. The party has no tolerance for such bribery or actions by a member of the party. We will punish the individual accordingly to the accusations brought against them. Our party stands for purity and power and honesty we shall crack down on these shady practices once and for all it has lingered in our nation for too long. We have gathered a list of punishments for such actions that violate the law. These punishments were designed to bring upon honesty and confession to the grievous crime. This does not mean however that we promise a release if they do confess this simply means that an official government entity will continue to monitor the individual until we decide to escalate things further. The party does receive the right to search the home of said official without consent or permission. We also receive the right to question the individual and their loved ones about where he/she received their payment even if said payment was in the form of a drink at the bar or in the form of food at a classy restaurant or any other form other than money. The party also receives right to seize individuals property and assets within name of the state.
The punishments
.1 40 whippings from a barbed wire whip with sharpened edges
.2 All doosableas made by said individual will be seized by the state and redistributed back to the people with the party receiving a 60% cut
.3 Individuals teeth and tongue will be ripped out so they can no longer speak their corrupt poison
.4 Individuals will be hung by their feet from the tallest tower in a military institution until they can no longer feel their legs
.5 Individuals family will be captured and treated the same way as the individual to instill fear into those that may dare to defect in order to escape the crime
.6 Individuals will be tied by their arm by a tight rope till the arm goes numb or turns purple(a color of guilt)
.7 Individuals will face execution by having their body cut in half from the bottom of their torso
The Party will carry out all appropriate punishments in any order to bring about compliance any and all decisions are final no questions asked. We receive the right to add an extra punishment then the listed ones at any point in time during the individuals imprisonment up until their execution. The individuals family is unable to stop or prevent these actions without also being punished for intervening. The party shall deem every generation of individuals family a threat and treat them as enemies to the state under the law. This law also protects the state from any hostile acts against it for said actions. We receive the right to publicly shame the individual upon imprisonment. There is no freedom or right to the individual the state shall and can do anything they want including erase all knowledge of the individuals existence. We shall burn any and all records that the individual has made within our fine government i mean they never existed after all so why should documents made by a fictional person exist. The party shall be able to deny all accusations of execution to force the nation to forget the non existent individual. The party can and will execute anyone who attempts to expose classified information about the corrupt individual and they too will be forgotten. This law also gives the party full control over the corrupt individuals body after death they shall have their organs harvested and be cremated as it is the quickest and easiest way to erase an individual from existing. This law also protects the identity of those involved in the imprisonment and execution of the individual assuring the their names are never public. The party shall also send mail to other nations assuring that the individual has never travelled for diplomatic work.
