The citizen registry exists in order to: a) make sure all residents have an equal shot at winning prizes, and b) make gifting to main accounts easier for residents who do not have their main account in the region. Only residents appearing on the citizen registry are eligible to win rewards from regional events.

Joining the registry is straightforward. Simply post on the regional message board (from your Trading Cards nation/"resident account") with the account you wish to have cards sent to (your "main account" for this dispatch's purposes), and you should be set! A simple "this is @@NATION_NAME@@!" is completely adequate. Here's an example of this if you need one. You can skip this step if a) your resident nation name is obviously referring to a cards player (for example, "Osheiga Puppet"), or b) your resident nation is a WA member, in which case you'll be added automatically.

In the extreme case that someone is found to have gained an unfair advantage using the registry (i.e. by designating multiple main accounts), they will also be removed from the registry and will not be allowed to participate in future events. However, you're all so awesome and lovely that I don't need to worry about this happening! 💞
