INTRODUCTION

I, Emperor Conall Solis, officially enact this order and institute a national emergency under Section 4 of the Public Order Act to expire after 90 days, or whenever the emergency shall end if sooner.

PREAMBLE

The nation is currently undergoing a national outbreak of poisonings caused by radiation, and currently lack the means under normal operations to contain and secure it. Therefore, upon coordination with other top officials, I have decided to enact this order and declare a national emergency to help save our people.

DECLARATION

All articles written under Section 4 of the Public Order Act shall herein take effect and be enforced by His Emperor's Government for the duration of this order.

I, under my declared authority under Article 21 of the Public Order Act, officially grant to the Minister of Health for the duration of this order, the ability to promulgate and enforce regulations and orders in relation to the public health emergency and it shall be an extension to the current emergency provisions.

This order may be renewed or amended any time as I deem fit.
