CC RP Regulations
- Rules:
The Rp director ( Breslauenburg ) is the supreme and unitary authority in the rp and his decisions supercedes that of the mods. Any manner of chronic disobeyance or indiscipline would result in serious recurrepesions for the offender
The nation you choose to play as will use the real-life economic and manufacturing figures of your claimed territories as of the in-RP date you join.
The nation you choose to play as will use the real-life population count of your claimed territories as of the in-RP date you join.
Your nation's economic growth strictly depends on your RP policies; for a sector to prosper, your post has to specify what exactly your economic maneuvers are and what your long-term growth rates are. RP moderation will constantly keep track of your nation's development.
Your nation's military figures have to be listed in a dedicated factbook which is a must before starting role-playing. Having no such factbook will effectively result in your nation being deprived of military forces. The factbook must be approved by a moderator before starting any sort of military maneuver.
Your army should be consonant with the size of your population, with your economic strength, and with the geographic and strategic conditions of your nation or use IRL stats if possible. RP moderation will constantly keep track of your nation's firepower.
There are proper irl regulations regarding how quickly people can buils ships and planes and stuff. It'll always take 1-3 years to design something and test it before it goes into production, don't expect stuff like ships with heavy tonnage to be finished in less than four years depending on the class and model , the amount of military stuff you build should be compatible with your nation's industrial capacity
The nation you will be using in the RP does not have to adopt the same political ideologies or the same government system as your NS nation.
Unclaimed lands will be managed by the RP team as individual nations and to interact with them, one needs to tag CCRP AI
Local populaces can't be changed drastically.
For example: Arabia would be mostly Muslim Arabians. To be able to go to war one needs a reasonable justification and the proficieny in the war RP aspect, or may demand help from the moderation.
With respect to roleplay, statistics provided by NationStates are not recognized. Instead, real life statistics are used. However, when a claimant is claiming an area, statistical changes
are allowed within reason, if due reasons such as an alternative history scenario or a different scenario is submitted to the modsA roleplayer can put " covert " Tag in top of their post and the contents of a covert post wouldn't be known to the other rp nations
All Roleplay Posts have to have detailed explanations as to how something happened. Nothing can just happen out of the blue without any prior roleplay, such as industrialization, mobilization etc.
Using stuff like ChatGPT to write posts for you is not allowed. You joined this roleplay to actively participate in it out of interest and fun. Using AI to write stuff for you shows that you don't want to put any creative effort into your posts and you don't care about the roleplay.
All Roleplay Posts require a date and/or time specifying exactly when it happened
Nations that would be in war from the start may get help from the moderation team if necessary.
Inactiveness for 2 weeks unnoticed would result in the removal from the map without warning and would require re-application to RP again.
To let others know of your country and attendance you should make your RP Nation Overview and a military app before joining the Joining discord is a must for majors
You are allowed to go to war, but each war post must contain details about what your men are doing exactly. It must also be fact-checked by 2 moderators before it is confirmed. The opposing party is allowed to raise concerns to the moderators about the details of the post. Refer to the linked dispatch to get a better understanding of how to conduct a war properly. A party has up 24-36 hours to respond to a war post. If the opposing party does not respond in the time required of them or if they failed to inform the roleplay moderator that they have irl commitments, then the opposing party is allowed to enforce a treaty under the supervision of roleplay moderators.
When writing a war response, all you are allowed to do is use your own units and declare what action they take. You are responsible for what happens to your troops and how many casualties you take (with arbitration from the moderation team). You are not allowed to determine casualties of your opponent or decide the outcome of a battle for yourself.
When raising new units during a conflict (which can only happen after a consultation with the moderation team), you must specifically state where they are forming and when they will be ready (also trough consultation with the moderation team). This is required so it's easier to track the movements of said unit and prevent sudden teleportation to a more favourable location.
For a war roleplay post to be valid, it must always include where the action is taking place (if in a battle with your enemy, you must state where that battle is taking place), what your objective is, what actions you want your units to do and what outcome you are hoping for (that does not mean you will achieve the outcome you want). The post also must include how many casualties you suffered if you are under attack, are attacking or if you are under siege. For naval or air battles, you must always state what ships are being used and state what happens to any vessel or aircraft, if they are hit by the enemy or if an accident happens. They can either be damaged or sunk (ships).
If a war between two nations occurs, your nation can only intervene if you are directly allied to one of the combatants (with their permission) or if you have a specific strategic reason which couldn't threaten either your stability or sovereignty. For example, if a war happens between two American states, nations like Italy or Austria do not have a reason to get involved and so would never do so. You are, on the other hand, allowed to send 1-2 divisions of volunteers to be taken under the command of one of the combatants you wish to support, if they consent to it (they will take over the command of your units as they are volunteers).
If a main participant in a war has a justified reason to not be able to respond to a war post within an allocated time (24-48 hour timeframe), they have the right to have their inactivity period extended indefinitely until they resolve all of their "in real life" situations and responsabilities. If the person gives consent, both parties can agree to conduct a peace treaty in order to end the war, if a participant is unable to participate in the war due to other responsabilities.
The ability of your nation to administer new policies, procure materials, and deal efficiently with war scenarios depends on several factors.
- Patriotism affects the morale and the stability of nations in a state of war. Patriotism is determined by the efficiency of your enacted policies, by the effective success of your country, and by the general stabilities of your nation's governments. RP moderation will constantly keep track of your nation's levels of Patriotism.
GDP limits your country's budget, your performance in war and in other unexpected events (natural hazards, financial crises and so on).
You will be warned 3 times before getting banned from the RP.
You can not interfere with other nations' RP without their approval.
Before you start roleplaying, please send your RP application to CCRP AI.
