Chapter I. Flag
  1. The flag of Carcassonne shall consist of a woad blue field of the proportions three by length and two by breadth, charged with a gold masoned and embattled mural fess.

Chapter II. Arms

  1. The Arms of Carcassonne shall consist of a woad blue escutcheon with a gold bordure. The field shall be charged with a gold castle, charged with a woad blue escutcheon, charged with a gold bee. Above the castle, the field shall be charged with the gold issuant head of Lady Carcas with a mural crown of five merlons. About the castle and Lady Carcas, the field shall be charged with with three gold church bells and eight gold woad blossoms.
