Constitution of the Frontierist Republic of Community
Preamble
We, the united and sovereign nations of Community, in order to realize the enduring principles of the Frontierist Revolution, hereby declare the formation of the Frontierist Republic of Community. Through our unification, may we embody the spirit of solidarity, governance, and common prosperity so that these ideals may be advanced for the betterment of all nations. Let this document be the hammer that forges a new society of Frontierist Thought, swung by every nation against the monuments of oppression.
General Principles
Article 1
The Frontierist Republic of Community is a state led by unified nations through the power of the Frontierist People’s Party and the People’s Assembly.
Article 2
The state protects the rights of nations to operate autonomously within their own borders and to make changes to their governments as they see fit.
Article 3
Work is a matter of pride for every nation of the Frontierist Republic of Community that is able to work. The state encourages nations to take a proactive and creative part in their regional work.
Article 4
The state must maintain close contact with the masses of nations, heed their opinions, and operate with their best interest in mind.
Article 5
All state officials must be loyal to the Frontierist Republic, observe the Constitution and laws, and endeavor to serve the region.
Article 6
The state will strive to uphold the values and principles of Frontierism as a fundamental directive.
Article 7
The armed forces of the Frontierist Republic of Community will safeguard the gains of the Frontierist Revolution, defend the sovereignty of the region, and further the objectives of Frontierism.
Article 8
The state will take firm action against fascist and bigoted ideologies both internally and abroad.
State Structure
Section I. The Central Committee
Article 9
The Central Committee of the Frontierist People’s Party is the executive body of the highest state authority.
Article 10
The Central Committee is composed of the following members:
the Chairman;
the Vice-Chairman;
the Secretaries; and
the Defense Council.
Article 11
The Central Committee exercises the following functions and powers:
(1) to oversee administrative measures for the routine management of the region;
(2) to ensure the security and defense of the region;
(3) to administer affairs concerning development and growth;
(4) to direct the conduct of foreign policy and aid;
(5) to guide the improvement of the armed forces;
(6) to organize and execute cultural events and initiatives;
(7) to oversee the membership of the Frontierist People’s Party;
(8) to represent the region’s interests in the World Assembly;
(9) to meet regularly to discuss the needs of the region and present resolutions to that effect for the approval of the People’s Assembly; and
(10) to exercise such other functions and powers as are vested in it through subsequent resolutions.
Section II. The People’s Assembly
Article 12
The People’s Assembly is the legislative authority of the region and consists of all Party members.
Article 13
The People’s Assembly will hold legislative sessions when presented a resolution by the Central Committee. By majority vote they may enact resolutions into law.
Article 14
The People’s Assembly exercises the following functions and powers during legislative sessions:
(1) to decide on resolutions;
(2) to decide on questions of war and peace;
(3) to decide on foreign treaties and agreements; and
(4) to exercise such other functions and powers as are vested in it through subsequent resolutions.
Section III. The Chairman of the Frontierist People’s Party
Article 15
The Chairman leads the Central Committee and is tasked with the management and delegation of duties to its members. The Chairman serves until resignation or until their nation no longer exists. The Defense Council may remove the Chairman with a two-thirds majority vote.
Article 16
The Chairman serves as the World Assembly Delegate and is responsible for voting in the World Assembly on behalf of the region.
Article 17
The Chairman will appoint Party members to the Defense Council to assist with the security of the region. The Defense Council will maintain a high number of endorsements and identify threats to the region.
Article 18
The Chairman may create Subcommittees to organize and manage the tasks of the Central Committee. The Chairman may appoint Secretaries to the Central Committee to lead the Subcommittees.
Article 19
The Chairman of the Frontierist People’s Party commands the armed forces of the region.
Article 20
The Chairman will appoint a Vice-Chairman who will assist the Chairman with their work. The Vice-Chairman may exercise the functions and powers of the Chairman as the Chairman may entrust to them.
Article 21
Should the Chairman take a leave of absence, the Vice-Chairman may exercise all functions and powers of the Chairman until their return. Should the office of Chairman fall vacant, the Vice-Chairman succeeds to the office of Chairman.
Rights and Duties of Nations
Article 22
Nations residing in Community fall under the purview of the Party and are therefore granted rights by the Party.
Article 23
Nations are guaranteed equal protection under the law, with the exception of ideologies that conflict with Article 8 of the Constitution.
Article 24
No nation may be subjected to inquiry into their private affairs without reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing.
Article 25
All nations are guaranteed the freedom to hold and exercise their opinions and beliefs freely, with the exception of ideologies that conflict with Article 8 of the Constitution.
Article 26
All nations are guaranteed the freedom to associate with whomever they choose, with the exception of those whose ideologies conflict with Article 8 of the Constitution.
Article 27
Nations must abide by the Constitution and the law and keep public order.
Article 28
Nations must not conspire against the state nor serve foreign interests within the region. These acts are considered treason against the Party.
Article 29
It is the sacred duty of every nation of the Frontierist Republic of Community to defend the homeland. It is an honorable duty of nations to perform military service according to law.
Amendments and Reform
Article 30
Amendments to the Constitution may be confirmed by the People’s Assembly with a two-thirds majority vote.
Article 31
Upon passage of this Constitution, existing Citizens of the region will be considered members of the Frontierist People’s Party.
Article 32
Upon passage of this Constitution, it will become the supreme law of Community. All previous laws will be considered null and void as they contradict with this document.
Community-Carcassonne Treaty of Friendship - Passed on 06/07/2023

Aware of the necessity of newly-founded Frontier regions to maintain honest and friendly diplomatic communication with each other, and wishing to deepen and codify an already-existing friendship, the regions of Community and Carcassonne formalize this pact of cooperation and mutual defense.
Diplomatic Relations The signatories will recognize the constitutional governments in force at the time of ratification of this treaty, and any legally enacted successor governments, as the sole legitimate governments of their respective regions. The signatories agree to maintain both on-site and off-site embassies with each other. The signatories agree to maintain ambassadors with each other.
Cultural Cooperation The signatories will, to the best of their ability, cooperate during worldwide events including the World Trade Fair, "N-Day", and "Z-Day". During the World Trade Fair, Carcassonne will endeavor to deliver their stockades of Cassowary Eggs, or another item of Community's choosing, in exchange for Community's stockade of an item of Carcassonne's choosing. The signatories will endeavor to cooperate on other cultural activities, to the benefit of the people of both signatories, and to promote their shared ideals and visions.
Mutual Defense The signatories agree not to engage in any military hostilities against one another. The signatories will not attempt to overthrow one another's legitimate governments. The signatories shall defend one another, to the best of their ability, and at the request of the other signatory.
General Provisions This treaty will come into effect upon its ratification by each region's government. This treaty may be amended by concurrent legislation passed by each region's government. Either signatory will endeavor to give ten days' notice before withdrawing from the treaty. The signatories will make all reasonable efforts to seek a diplomatic solution before withdrawing from this treaty.
FOCUS Treaty - Passed on 06/17/2023
Treaty on the Establishment of the Frontier Organization of Unity, Cooperation and Security
I. Preamble
Aware of the necessity of frontiers to stand together against unwanted aggression and to craft and deepen bonds of friendship among themselves, the signed parties enter into the following treaty which shall form the Frontier Organization for Cooperation, Unity, and Security (FOCUS). Through their signatures, the regions entering into this agreement recognize their history as frontiers, pledge to stand fast with each other and lift one another up, and state their commitment to the shared values of frontier unity, mutual protection, and friendly countenance.
II. Diplomatic Relations
The member regions will collectively recognize the lawful governments in force at the time of ratification of this treaty, and any legally- enacted successive authorities, as the sole legitimate governments of their respective regions.
The member regions shall agree to maintain both on-site and off-site embassies with each other.
The member regions agree to the initial exchange and thereafter maintenance of relevant diplomatic representatives with each other.
III. Military Policy
The member regions agree not to engage in any military hostilities, regardless of said nature, against one another.
Being on opposing sides of the raider-defender alignment of a gameplay operation unrelated to the specific target in question being a signatory of this treaty laid herein does not entail engaging in hostilities against one another.The member regions will not attempt to overthrow one another's legitimate governments.
The member regions shall defend one another, to the best of their ability, and at the request of another member region.
If the organization embarks on a joint military mission, the member regions agree to share complete plans with each other and allow each other to withdraw if deemed necessary by a member region's government.
IV. Intelligence Sharing
The member regions shall provide information to all other member regions' heads of government which is pertinent to any members’s regional security.
The member regions will not disclose information provided to them under this section publicly without the providing member region's authorization.
The member regions will not instigate or participate in any espionage or other clandestine operations against one another.
V. General Provisions
This treaty will come into effect upon its ratification by the following Founding regions: Carcassonne, Community, and the Valley of Peace.
This treaty may be amended within the context of further provisional specifications made by concurrent legislation passed by each member region's respective government.
Any signatory will endeavor to give ten days notice before withdrawing from the treaty.
Aspiring frontiers who wish to enter the organization may be inducted as a member region signatory, which shall require the unanimous consent of currently existing member regions and require the ratification of the treaty laid herein.
If a member region violates this treaty and works against another member region willingly and intentionally, said member region may be removed by a unanimous vote by all other member regions.
