1. Consideration for regional embassies shall be given to regions that meet the following requirements:

   1. Minimum population of 150 nations.

   2. Establishment and maintenance of a regional Discord server.

   3. Regular activity on the regional message board and/or discord server.
      

2. Once embassies are established, Community shall appoint an ambassador to the region in question, who will appoint one to Community in kind.

3. Any region tagged as Anti-Communist, Capitalist, Conservative, Fascist, Imperialist, Jump Point, Monarchist, Puppet Storage, Theocratic, or Totalitarian shall not be permitted to establish embassies with Community. Any application from such regions shall be declined.

4. Any region tagged as Anarchist, Anti-Fascist, Communist, Eco-friendly, Feminist, LGBT, or Socialist is permitted to establish an embassy with Community, regardless of any of the requirements from subsections 1 or 2 of Section I.
   

Section II. Decisioning Responsibilities

1. The final determination on any incoming or outgoing application shall be made by the Prime Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of External Affairs or other members of the Presidium as deemed necessary by the Prime Secretary. Special exceptions to this act may be approved by a majority vote by Community Members.
