Resolution Overview:
This resolution seeks to bring to light the nefarious deeds of its nominee in two main categories: their purging of nations in The West Pacific throughout their career there – which included service as Guardian, Minister without Portfolio, and Delegate – and their manipulation of the trading cards market to attain record-breaking statistics. It argues that the high regard in which Giovanniland (Gio) is held by the interregional community proves their success as a politician at masquerading their villainy.

Ministry Analysis:
Gio is certainly a nominee worthy of recognition by the Security Council; their outstanding contributions to The West Pacific's culture and governance, as well as their incredible feats in card collection, are extremely impressive accomplishments that have come about due to great skill and years of dedication. This proposal recognises this fact in a colourful and entertainingly written way, focusing on Gio's more villainous traits as befits a Condemnation, but including playful nods to their other important contributions. Seeing as the Europeian community has had the joy of Gio's presence – whether as a diplomat or as a citizen – since 2019, it gives the ministry plenty of pleasure to recommend a vote FOR this resolution.
