Staff Ratings and Rewards

Introduction

As part of my plan to introduce a new ratings and rewards system for the Ministry of Communications, this dispatch will serve as a home for all information related to how Communications Ratings, or CR, points are awarded, redeemed, and recorded. Included in this dispatch is a table of current awardable tasks, and some exclusive rewards for specific achievements within the ministry.

To summarise the entire program, CR points are awarded for a variety of tasks performed within the ministry, from something as simple as contributing to a planning thread, to more difficult tasks such as editing broadcasts and winning monthly awards. At the end of each month, the CR points are tallied, and rewards are distributed accordingly. The CR points awarded are then converted into bank, which will be rewarded to the nations of Communications staff to buy cards, or in specific cases, to unlock certain legendaries and special cards. And for anyone not particularly interested in cards, the total CR earned at the end of each month and term corresponds to badges and ranks that can be put in signatures, each of which are detailed in the sections below. The reward modifiers are subject to change depending on how things develop.
