Resolution Overview:
The Security Council resolution seeks to permit the liberation of the region known as England. While it has been historically guided by Tyrr, since his departure the region has been attacked multiple times and now it happened again, with the occupation forces deposing the native delegate Isle of Westland, rightful sovereign of England, in an act of belligerence. The liberation act will prevent occupying forces from imposing a password and refounding the region.

Ministry Analysis:
The resolution is written in a decisive tone that rightfully condemns the invasion of the region by the forces from Osiris, The Black Hawks, The Brotherhood of Malice, Ijaka, Lone Wolves United, Kantrias, Sparkalia, and the Communist Bloc. The ERN is resolute to liberate the region from the invasion and the whole region of Europeia is strongly against the invasion, in the case of liberation efforts failing the resolution still ensures the preservation of the region. For this reason, the ministry recommends a vote FOR this proposal.
