• The regions of Balugata and the Labyrinth, and the nations therein, will uphold a Non-Aggression Pact on event days such as N-Day

  1. Balugata and its region's leadership will continue to endorse and encourage membership in "The Minotaurs" during N-Day

  2. Balugata may, by unilateral decision with notice to the Labyrinth, choose to form or endorse a different faction during N-Day should the region so desire

• The regions of Balugata and the Labyrinth, and the nations therein, will provide guarantees of protection to each other in the event of raider attacks or internal security risks. Events justifying the activation of this clause include but are not necessarily limited to:

  1. Raids

  2. Coups against governments lawfully formed in accord with the respective region's laws

  3. Requested assistance in securing contested government transitions

• Should either region request help with regional development, the other region shall take reasonable action to assist the other party in their efforts. Items of regional development may include but are not necessarily limited to:

  1. Assistance in generating activity on the RMB or Discord

  2. Assistance in aesthetic and organizational matters

  3. Providing advice on matters of regional security, moderation, and population growth

• In the event of a conflict between members of each region, the relevant leadership of the regions are to converse to decide appropriate outcomes or consequences.

  1. Regional leadership is encouraged to enforce consequences and decide outcomes based on the internal laws of the region where the dispute occured

  2. In the event of disagreement between regional leadership on these matters, ultimate decision making authority over members of either region rests in the leadership of the members' respective region of residence

• Interregional game and activity nights will be formed at semi-regular intervals to promote camaraderie and friendship between the regions of Balugata and the Labyrinth

• The regions of Balugata and the Labyrinth will initiate open roleplay between the regions and their nations to additionally strengthen ties and interregional bonds

  1. Members from either region/RP are encouraged to join the other region's RP if they so desire, and shall be treated as a native member in RP purposes whenever such would be relevant

• Should either region decide that these articles of partnership are no longer beneficial, they may, with due notice provided to the other region, exit from this treaty. Should they do so, the treaty and all articles therein are to be considered null and void.

• This document may be amended through the mutual agreement of regional leadership in Balugata and the Labyrinth, in accordance with the laws of both regions.
