The Flag, Animal, and Motto Act

Today, the Halls have passed a new act. The act contains the laws listed.

The Motto Act:

The official motto used by Maricio in passports, embassies, federal buildings or offices, and currency shall be "May Liberty Reign". This may be featured among other phrases, but "May Liberty Reign" must be the largest of the phrases shown.

The Flag Act:

The Flag of the nation of Maricio is as following:

Featuring a yellow bar, white bar, and green bar, with the yellow bar facing the top and the green bar facing the bottom. The white bar must be in between.

When flown, the flag must be flown upwards at the top of the staff it is on. If the flag is flown with a non-national flag, the flag of Maricio must be flown above. When displayed laterally, the green bar must face left and the yellow bar must face right.

The National Animal Act:

The national animal of Maricio shall be the Marician Bull, which will be referred to as the Bull in this document. It must be the only animal displayed on a crest of an official federal document, passport, or any other federally-issued paper.
