Overview
This proposed declaration concerns liberating England, which has very recently been occupied by the Brotherhood of Malice and Lone Wolves United along with their allies. These regions, constantly countered by the North Pacific Army and our allies, have since expelled their rightful delegate and defaced this region. We note England has a long established native community, and have expressed their desire to regain control.
Recommendation
The Brotherhood of Malice and Lone Wolves United are raider regions that have long caused destruction across regions, and The North Pacific and our allies have a strong commitment to fight back against attacks by this group of raiders and to assist natives under occupation in rebuilding their region.
For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the Security Council proposal at vote, "Liberate England".
