For the past week or so, depending on when you read this recommendation, the region of England and its sovereignty has been violated by a large raider force. Defender-aligned militaries, including your South Pacific Special Forces, are tirelessly working to return the region into the hands of its native residents.

Now onto the contents of the proposal. Creatively written with an acrostic, the document describes the history of England and provides a succinct summary of its invasion. Lauding the brave efforts of the natives, the proposal also goes above and beyond normal liberations by declaring Isle of Westland "the rightful sovereign of England." It further clarifies the proposal has native approval, a key component of any liberation. Liberations do not have to be as well-written or detailed as a commendation or condemnation, but Liberate England does just that.
