Welcome to the 35th edition of The North Pacific Vision!

My name is Lionsroar and I am very happy to welcome you to the 35th edition of The North Pacific Vision. I am a proud citizen and an official of the The North Pacific, a RolePlayer and Worldbuilder and extremely happy to be the host for this edition.

For this, I would like to once again express my deepest gratitude to Ethnon, who refrained from hosting after his well-deserved victory in Edition 34, and gave me the opportunity to take on this honor as the fourth place winner. Besides that I would like to thank him for his help as an advisor, organizer, advertising support and of course as a friend. Thank you, Marcus.

Another big thanks goes to Anne of Cleves in TNP, my advisor and helper, for their support and patience.

And lastly to The Rhein States for their beautiful graphics and designs that can be used in these dispatches. Many thanks to all of you.

TNPV is a song contest in the five Pacifics. With the opening of the contest, those interested can participate by sending a Telegram to the host (More information below). In the following rounds, the songs will be rated on a scale and the best will be selected. These will compete in the grand finale, where the new winner and host will be determined.

Lionsroar is an absolutist monarchy in a large archipelago in the North Pacific. The country has a very isolated policy, but since the succession to the throne of Lisa Beatrix the First, the country is trying to be more important and present on the stage of world politics. This includes participating in RolePlay (RP), voting in the WA, being useful in the TNP and participating in the TNPV. More information about Lionsroar can be found here.

How To Participate:

To join, you must send a telegram to Lionsroar using the participation form below. Be sure that your song complies with all the rules found below. There is no limit of participants.

Rules for participating. You...

• May only participate with one nation, preferably your main account

• Must reside in one of the Pacific regions

• Are obliged to read the telegrams that the host will send to you as they will contain important information
  

When selecting your song...

• Make sure it's less than 6 minutes long

• It's not political, patriotic or religious

• It contains lyrics

• It hasn't been used before in TNPV or Eurovision. You can check here to make sure it's valid.

• You send your song via a telegram to Lionsroar using the participation form. If your song fails to meet the requirements, you may choose another song.
  

When voting...

• You must send your votes to the host using the voting template (without the text in brackets).

• You can't vote for yourself

• You can't vote for a nation twice

• Failure to vote will lead to disqualification.
