Purpose: A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Our Recommendation
The Ministry hereby recommends that all WA nations vote FOR the current General Assembly proposal at-vote.
Rationale & Analysis
In GA#20, the World Assembly attempted to protect the seven seas by preventing international piracy. In so doing, they explicitly established a law whereby those convicted of certain piracy charges are guilty of an offense unless proven innocent. The burden of proof is on the accused to prove innocence, which is outrageously unjust.
As such, Ministry leadership has directed 
Kethania to vote FOR Repeal: Suppress International Piracy and we encourage all WA member nations within the Bloc to do the same.
