The Collectors is a pact between regions that collect embassies. A lot of minor details haven't been decided, but overall, here is what the alliance is about.

The Alliance is currently in Founder-Decisions, and Dumpfire will be the only one to accept/decline alliance requests. Once Habianclazia comes back, Founder-Decisions will be deactivated.

To join, telegram Dumpfire, and make sure your region meets the following requirements:

1. Your region is tagged "Embassy Collector".
2. Your region has at least one person in it.
3. See "1".

After this is completed I will send you a telegram back on whether or not you may be accepted into the alliance.
This will put your region in the "Proposed Members" category. After this, I will telegram my partners Equizur and Habianclazia.
If they accept your region, you will become a true member.
(this may change at any time based on the events of the future)

1. Your region does not need to be tagged "Embassy Collector".
2. Contact Dumpfire.
3. Wait (extensions are usually accepted)

After I had a conversation with Triseria _{(who seems like a very kind and good person)}, I've decided that it's a good idea to say how your region's ideology impacts your relations with The Collectors.

No ideology matters to The Collectors. The only rules for any member of The Collectors are their own.
Although this is true for now, I would like to say something.
The only way to get your region's ideology banned from having connections with the alliance _{(not individual members)} is if one of the following happens:

1. 51% (or higher) of the members of the alliance agree that an ideology should not have connections to The Collectors
OR
2. Any member of the alliance is raided by a specific ideology and the alliance needs to intervene.

An extension of the alliance, such as OrangeJuice is a region that is part of the alliance, and (sometimes) must enforce the rules of the alliance, but not necessarily an embassy collection region. The "extension" title is usually given to puppet storage regions. It can also be used for regions that want to be a part of the alliance without having to be an embassy collector.

This alliance is new and small, please be nice to us while we figure out what we're actually going to do with it. So far it's just for looks, really, but I think that this alliance can be something bigger than that. Thank you for reading this, and have a nice day.
