Description

The Representative of the United Halfworth Federation (RUHF), as the title suggests, represents the Halfworth Commonwealth in discussions with foreign states. They also have more autonomy than the rest of the commonwealth, especially when it comes to voting. One vote from the RUHF in a voting session will count as two votes. They also have a lot of say in other governing roles. That will be described later. The RUHF will also act as leader of the commonwealth. The Halfworth Project Team Director will be vice representative. The RUHF, along with the HPT Director, will have a say in if a foreign state can join the union.

Role within the Halfworth Project Team

The RUHF, as described earlier, has more say within the HPT than the rest of the commonwealth. The RUHF is the Supreme Commander of the United Armed Forces, and is the only one who has the ability to say if and when a situation calls for military action and to allow The errorish bloodbath union to put it up to vote wether or not to give a military response. In a Halfworth rule or law voting session, the RUHF has the right to stop a new federal law or union rule from coming to pass, unless 80% or more of votes are in favor of the new federal law or union rule. But the law or union rule can still pass if a majority of the Halfworth Project Team votes for the new federal law or union rule.

How to become the RUHF

First you must send a telegram to the HPT Director with at least a paragraph explaining why you should become a candidate for the RUHF. Then, if the HPT Director accepts the application, you can move on to trying to convince the rest of the commonwealth to vote you into office. If you win when the voting session comes, you are officially the RUHF.

Duration

The duration of being the RUHF lasts roughly 2-3 months irl. The RUHF can always be voted out of office if they are caught doing anything that goes against the union. But the nation that tries to convince everyone else to vote the RUHF out of office must have a very good reason.
