All supplies needed for projects shall be sent to the HFO in order to make sure these supplies are secured, sent to the right areas where the supplies are needed, and not in the hands of nations we can't trust. The HFO, as their name suggests, focuses on building the future of Halfworth. The organization itself is necessary if we are to build the future of the commonwealth.

The Celtosphere Prosperity Administration is an organization made for the purpose of helping with projects for The Celtics and their territories. They will act like the HFO, but only help with projects for the Celtosphere.
